Eligibility

Employees who meet the eligibility requirements based on weekly hours worked may participate in the benefits program. Benefits begin on the first of the month following your date of hire. Part-time and internship employees are not eligible to participate.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include:

• Your legal spouse or domestic partner.

• Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
